OJK, AFPI/FDC, and ISO 27001:2022 audits asked for controls the business could only describe verbally: no logging trail, no documented flows, no evidence surface. I built the internal dashboards that made those controls inspectable and wrote the application-flow documentation auditors requested. The ISO 27001:2022 certification and AFPI/FDC audits both passed, and I coordinated compliance, infrastructure, and product workstreams as the sole front-end developer.

Operations verified customer data by hand, assessed GCG compliance in spreadsheets, and tracked insurance claims across email. I shipped four internal portals — government-integrated data verification, GCG assessment, data tracking and correction reports, insurance premiums and claims — plus the partner APIs behind them. The OJK audit completed and regulatory sanctions on business activities were lifted.

A compliance CMS with a real deployment pipeline

ISO 27001 remediation meant the CMS had to demonstrate security and data integrity, not just ship features. I rebuilt the applications for audit compliance, implemented CI/CD so deployments stopped being manual events, and owned QA on the audit-tracking and digital-signature paths. It shipped with the compliance evidence the audit required.
